Safety requirements include securing the portable office spaces against inclement weather and high winds, meeting seismic design category D criteria, and withstanding a wind velocity of 150 miles per hour. The contractor must follow all safety and traffic procedures. The contractor is responsible for all setup and teardown. Additional rental equipment must be clearly marked with company name and contact information. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if funds are not available. A 50-mile maximum distance from the park headquarters is also included.
