Delivery shall be provided no later than **** days after receipt of order (ARO).

Service for JOTCP will begin no later than June 12, 2026. Service for JSCGP will begin ten days after contract award. The period of performance shall be for a base period of 12 months and one 12-month option period.

Querying the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) is mandatory; if a provider is on this list, they are disqualified.

Failure to obtain this support within the required timeframe will result in a disruption to the flow of mission-essential equipment, directly degrading the unit's ability to generate sorties at the required operational tempo. Failure to award immediately would result in serious injury to government operations, including grounded aircraft, inability to support aircrew life support systems, and interruption of critical cryogenic maintenance functions.
