The solicitation is for the supply of cold weather caps to the US Marine Corps. Offerors must submit a technical proposal, including past performance and product demonstration models (PDMs). The acquisition will utilize best value source selection procedures. A minimum quantity of 6,750 caps is required for the entire contract term.
