Liquidated damages in the amount of two hundred dollars (****) per day will be assessed for every calendar day that this project is not complete beyond one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed.

It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to visit and examine jobsite, take measurements to his/her own satisfaction and determine conditions under which work is to be done. The owner will not accept responsibility for conditions which careful examination of premises would have shown existed.

The last day to ask questions about the project is at 4:30 PM on April 23, 2026.

Offerors must submit their annual **** report.

A site visit is scheduled for February 4th, 2026, at 10:00am EST. Prospective contractors shall meet in building 10, 2nd floor, conference room. Note: no other site visit will be allowed.

Questions must be received no later than 02/19/2026 by 12:00pm EST.

The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

The period of performance will be from May 01, 2026, to April 30, 2029, with two one-year option periods.
