Wall Protector Government Bids & RFPs

Delivery is anticipated 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

Payment will be made by the government via electronic funds transfer through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Invoices must be submitted electronically and include order number, item number, description, price, quantity, date provided for inspection, and serial/part number if applicable. Final invoices must be submitted within sixty calendar days of product acceptance and/or completion of services.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are: lowest price technically acceptable. Technically unacceptable quotes will not be considered for award.

Offerors must be authorized resellers of their quoted solution with a SAM. gov profile. They must also submit a signed and completed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form and DIAR **** to submit these may result in disqualification.

Protests must be filed directly with the agency or the GAO. Protests filed directly with the agency must be served on the competition advocate by obtaining written and dated acknowledgment of receipt. A copy of any protest must be received in the designated office within one day of filing with the GAO.

Failure to submit a complete and signed IEE Representation Form and DIAR **** may result in disqualification from the competition and ineligibility for contract award. Providing false or misleading information on the IEE Representation Form is a violation of law.
