Payment shall be made on the pay period after receipt and acceptance of goods and/or services and upon using department confirmation of such acceptance.

Contractor guarantees each portion of the services as installed against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of city's written acceptance of the work.

The city is seeking to obtain the services of a well-qualified consultant that is experienced with the design of projects similar in character, use, and size.

When deemed necessary by the city, an onsite inspection date and time will be so designated.

Applicants must submit documentation proving they meet mandatory requirements, including past performance demonstrating experience with outdoor metal equipment buildings, and financial capability verified by a formal letter from a financial institution. Criteria a: past performance technical experience provide a list of at least three 3 and no more than five 5 past or current projects demonstrating your experience with outdoor metal equipment buildings.

Contractors must have expertise in water control structures and electrical systems of varying sizes and voltages utilized in both indoor and outdoor environments.
