This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for folders. The bid closing and opening date is May 05, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The folders are to be red colored vinyl with a clear vinyl front pocket, measuring 6 inches wide by 5 inches high. They should have a magnetic strip on the back. Imprints are to be in black on the clear vinyl pocket, with three small logos at the bottom and one large imprint on the colored vinyl jacket. Artwork will be provided. Delivery is FOB delivered to the place designated on the purchase order. Bids received after the closing date or time, or sent to an incorrect email address, will not be considered. Failure to submit the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure prior to contract award will make the bidder ineligible for an award.
The bid notice states that delivery quoted must be stated in terms of work days after receipt of the order. The price quoted shall be F. O. B. delivered to the place designated on the purchase order.

The bid notice states that any person or entity that is deemed to have made a false statement in the Wage Theft and Payroll Fraud Disclosure shall be declared to have acted in default of its contract and shall be subject to the remedies for default contained in its contract. For failure to cure such a default, the contractor or subcontractor shall be automatically excluded from bidding for the supply of any goods or services for use by the city for a period of two years.
The bid notice states that if a potential bidder does not notify the Division of Purchases and Supplies in advance of the bid opening date of any possible discrepancy, then any such discrepancy or erratum cannot be the basis for a protest of award.
