Unacceptable vendor performance and/or failure of vendor to comply with specifications, terms and conditions or any other requirements stipulated herein will constitute a breach of contract and will result in the contract becoming subject to cancellation by the Texas A&M Forest Service.
Vendors are highly recommended to exercise the option of completing an onsite inspection attachment B of the job site prior to bidding.
