Rent will be no less than $65,000/month fixed ground rent and a percentage of gross revenue (excluding gaming proceeds). Fixed ground rent shall escalate by 3% annually starting in year four. Proposers must have a minimum of five consecutive years of recent golf course and driving range operations and management experience, including greens and cart fee revenue management, overall facility management, pro shop sales, driving range management, and familiarity with capital improvement programs.

Failure to attend both the mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will result in rejection of the proposer's submittal.
