Rock Valley College is seeking letters of interest for a one-year cash rent lease of 10 acres of farmland. The lease will be renewed annually by amendment. Letters of interest must include vendor's complete name and address, contact information, a statement of interest, acknowledgment of the lease agreement, the proposed lease amount per acre, and details on page 1 of the attached lease agreement. Letters must be submitted in an opaque-sealed envelope by 2:00 PM on May 22, 2025, addressed to Karen Kerr, Director of Business Services, at the specified address. The lease agreement details tenant responsibilities, including farming practices, soil maintenance, pesticide/fertilizer use, and insurance requirements. The lessor (Rock Valley College) is responsible for land improvements. The tenant is responsible for property taxes. No hunting or illegal crops are permitted.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor for a three-year contract with two one-year options to renew for airplane maintenance services. Questions and comments must be submitted by email or Microsoft Word document. Bidders must include a list of all authorized service centers, complete an attached diversity business participation form, and provide documentation of registration with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax. Bidders must also provide contract administrator information, respondent's toll-free phone number, contract administrator's pager or cell number, contract administrator's email address, and respondent's website. All submitted information becomes the property of the State of Tennessee. The supplier agrees to immediately submit any future data changes electronically through the state's supplier portal. The deadline for submission of bids is 05/12/2025.

Sealed bids are being accepted for project management services. Proposals are due May 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The project involves services for Evans High School, Greenbrier High School, Grovetown High School, Harlem High School, and Lakeside High School projects. The contract will be for one year, with an option to extend for up to nine successive years. Additional documents required include a firm overview, organization chart, resumes, qualifications of staff, examples of similar experience, business references, current business license, Columbia County business license, proof of insurance, immigration and security form, and financial statements. Failure to submit required documents may result in disqualification. The Columbia County School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements. The proposal shall cover a period of approximately three years, beginning when the contract is finalized and ending June 30, 2028. The contract may be extended for an additional consecutive three-year period. Proposals must be signed and dated by a duly authorized official of the submitting vendor. Bidders organized or authorized to transact business in Virginia must include their Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) identification number. Proposals must include a letter of interest, a description of qualifications and experience, a fee structure, and samples of work.
