Offerors must select one mode of transportation and shipping point per sequence bid line. Fob destination tanker offers are not accepted. Offers must specify the reference price formula ID. The government may limit the number of offers in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated offers.
