The Housing Authority of the County of Kern is seeking proposals for Labor Compliance Consultant Services. The bid notice states that all declarations in the proposal and attachments are true and that this shall constitute a warranty, the falsity of which will entitle the authority to pursue any remedy by law.
The contract will be awarded based on a competitive selection of proposals received, with the authority seeking the optimal combination of quality, price, and various qualitative elements of the required services that will provide the authority the greatest or best value for its money.
Proposers should have qualifications and experience, with considerations including their background and reputation, qualifications of the project team, experience with local approval agencies, and experience with similar services and entities.
Comments from proposers concerning defects and objectionable material in this RFP must be made in writing and received by the RFP contact prior to the deadline for submission of questions identified in section II or at least ten 10 calendar days before the deadline for proposals whichever occurs last.
