This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only, seeking information on potential contractors for telephone operating services for the Kansas City VAMC. The contract is anticipated to be for a base year plus four option years. The NAICS code is **** will be used for market research and acquisition planning. The government is not obligated to award a contract based on this notice.

Invoices shall be submitted electronically via VA's electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP) system currently OB10, in accordance with current VA instructions. Invoices shall comply with FAR ****(g) and contract instructions. Invoices and supporting documentation must be submitted no later than the 15th day of the month following the month of service.
All contractor personnel providing services shall, at a minimum, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have one to two years of call center or telephone operator experience, demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, and be fluent in English. Contractor employees shall obtain and maintain the level of security clearance required by VHA.
Negative performance may result in adverse evaluations, negative CPARS entries, and non-exercise of option periods.
KCVAMC reserves the right to restrict any contractor employee who fails to meet qualifications, violates applicable regulations, or is deemed a potential threat to security, safety, health, or mission. Failure to maintain favorable security status is grounds for removal.
