Office space rental Short- term office rental space, minimum **** sq ft, maximum 10, 200 sq ft, located within Edinburg or McAllen, Hidalgo County, Texas city limits. Space must meet International Building Code for office occupancies, be ADA compliant, have sole access and control for USDA agencies, adequate security, exterior space for a conex storage container, parking for 15 visitors, 25 employees/government vehicles, handicap parking, adequate parking lot lighting, and space for three trailers. Office must include at least ten private offices ( min 120 sq ft each), workspace for 7 additional staff, a conference room for 10 people, storage space ( min 900 sq ft), a server room ( min 100 sq ft), and a secure front desk reception. Janitorial, triple net costs, and all utilities must be included in the monthly fixed price rental. At least four bathroom stalls required. Desired: breakroom.
