Exterior walls have brick veneer or metal panels with insulation. Interior partitions are metal studs with gypsum on both sides and batt insulation. The roof is standing seam metal roof. Interior finishes include gypsum, epoxy flooring, ceramic wall tile, and acoustical ceiling tile. Plastic laminate casework is located in the break area. HVAC systems consist of two 4- ton split systems connected to indoor units. All lighting will be LED.
