This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only, not a solicitation. The US Marine Corps is seeking information on mature, production-ready, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and/or Non-Developmental Item (NDI) Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Family of Vehicles (FOV) capabilities and associated trailers. They are interested in existing JLTV-like solutions that are currently in production, previously fielded, or can be rapidly adapted. Key characteristics desired include payload capacity, towing capacity, scalable crew protection, fording capability, environmental protection, onboard vehicle power, commonality of parts, trailer compatibility, ABS/ESC, cameras, and compliance with C5ISR networks and cybersecurity standards. The government is assessing industry capability, production capacity, schedule feasibility, technical maturity, integration readiness, sustainment support, and potential acquisition approaches. Responses are due by June 10, 2026. Questions are due by June 4, 2026.
Initial delivery of 3 production representative JLTVs/JLTVTs within 90 days of contract award, and 50 JLTVs/50 JLTVTs within 10 months of contract award. Associated logistics products and spares packages are to be available within 12 months of contract award.
