Conference Center Upgrades Interiors of the existing conference center at Jenny Wiley State Park are being upgraded with new finishes and other improvements throughout the public spaces. Work includes selective demolition, new flooring, painting, wallcoverings, window treatments, new tile floors and acoustic ceilings for the men' s restroom, replacement of existing grilles, a new drinking fountain, new lighting in public spaces, and a new audiovisual system including projector, motorized screen, sound system, and lighting controls.

Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The interiors of the existing Conference Center at Jenny Wiley State Park are being upgraded with new finishes and other improvements throughout the public spaces. Work includes selective demolition throughout, with most existing finishes being completely removed. New work includes new flooring, painting, wallcoverings and window treatments. As an Alternate, the mens restroom will receive new tile floors and new acoustic ceilings. Mechanical work includes the replacement of many of the existing grilles. A new drinking fountain will replace the existing. All lighting in the public spaces will be new. A new audio- visual system includes projector, motorized screen, sound system and lighting controls.
