The objective is to discover autonomy technology for mobile ground domain awareness in urban and austere environments. Vendors must submit solution briefs by June 24, 2026. Demonstrations may be requested. The process involves a two-phase evaluation, with potential for multiple awards. Key evaluation criteria include capabilities approach, transition approach, and submitter's experience. The program aims to procure production-ready, fieldable vehicle platforms and associated software with minimal human intervention.

The government shall pay the contractor 30 days after the service period, the prices stipulated in this contract for supplies delivered and accepted or services rendered and accepted, less any deductions provided in this contract.
In addition to any other warranties provided by the contractor, the contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
Proposals shall be evaluated on their individual merits rather than on a comparative basis. Key criteria include Capabilities Approach, Transition Approach, and Submitters Related Experience.
Submitters must clearly demonstrate how the commercial item is offered in an innovative manner. The technology solution proposed must be a commercial product/service.
