Attendance at the scheduled site visit is strongly encouraged. The site visit provides offerors the opportunity to fully understand the scope, site conditions, operation requirements, and any factors that may impact successful performance.

While attendance is not mandatory, offerors who elect not to attend assume the risk of preparing their proposal without the benefit of information obtained during the site visit. Failure to attend will not, by itself, result in exclusion from consideration however, lack of familiarity with site conditions or requirements will not relieve the successful contractor from meeting all terms and conditions of the resulting contract.

The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within **** calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM local time on July 20, 2026.

The basis of award is the best value tradeoff process. The contracting officer will award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whom the source selection authority determines conforms to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and offers the best overall value to the government, all factors considered.

Contractors must register and complete the representation and certification requirements in the SAM database. Offerors must comply with the requirements of ****, ****, and any other representation and certification requirements in this solicitation through SAM. Award can only be made to an offeror with a CMMC level that is fully compliant with the contract requirements.

Proposals should follow in the order of sequence set forth in the RFP. Information provided out of sequence may not be evaluated and may result in the offeror's disqualification from award. Offers providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.

The target ceiling for contract award is $60,000,000.

Delivery and installation shall be performed after primary duty hours, 7:00 a. m. through 4:30 p. m. , Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, to minimize patient disruption.

Standard manufacturer warranties apply.

The government is seeking information on potential sources capable of providing the products and services. Responders are asked to provide company name, address, SAMs UEI, POC, phone number, email, size status, staffing, equipment, licenses, certifications, authorization letters, and capabilities statements.

Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
