Solicitation for three (3) new MY2026 or newer C-segment compact SUVs. Vehicles must be left-hand drive, mild-hybrid/electric-assist, automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, and homologated for Turkey. Offerors must be manufacturers or authorized distributors/dealers with warranty support in Turkey. Three delivery categories are available: vehicles not in Turkey, vehicles in free circulation in Turkey, or vehicles at a Turkish sea port free zone/bonded warehouse. Quotations are due July 16, 2026, by 3:00 PM GMT+3. Award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. All prices must be all-inclusive for the accepted delivery category and named delivery point. Warranty must be manufacturer-backed and valid in Turkey for at least 3 years or 100,000 km.
Complete delivery or release-ready handover of all ordered vehicles and required documents must occur within forty-five (45) calendar days after the purchase order is emailed to the awardee.
Payment will be processed 30 days after government acceptance or 30 days after the embassy payment office receives a proper invoice, whichever occurs later. Invoices must be sent to ankarafmcdbomb@state. gov.
A manufacturer-backed warranty valid in Turkey for at least three (3) years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, is required. Warranty servicing must be available through authorized service providers in Turkey.
The U. S. government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable quotation.
Offerors must be the manufacturer, manufacturer-authorized distributor, authorized dealer, or certified reseller of the proposed vehicle, with proof of authorization and ability to provide warranty servicesupport in Turkey.
If the contractor fails to honor warranty, service support, parts, or remedy obligations, the U. S. government reserves the right to seek reimbursement for repair costs, invoke applicable warranty or remedy clauses, and withhold or deduct available contractual remedies.
Quotations proposing a delivery period exceeding forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of award may be considered nonresponsive and subject to disqualification. Incomplete, unsigned, conditional, or open-ended quotations may not be accepted.
