Selection is based on demonstrated competence, knowledge, qualifications, and fee reasonableness. The RFQ states: tarleton will base its choice on demonstrated competence, knowledge, and qualifications and on the reasonableness of the proposed fee.

Firms must be qualified, licensed, and appropriately certified architectural and engineering firms. The RFQ states: soliciting statements of qualifications soqs from qualified, licensed, and appropriately certified architectural and architecturalengineering ae firms.

Default may result in contract cancellation. The RFQ states: tarleton may notify the seller of such failure or default in writing and demand that the failure or default be remedied within ten 10 days. . . tarleton shall have the right to cancel the agreement upon ten 10 days written notice.

Proposers must be prequalified by FDOT and have Florida licensed engineers. As stated: proposer must be prequalified by fdot to perform professional service at the time of submittal and proposer must have a staff of engineers licensed by the florida department of business professions regulation.

In case of default, the city may terminate after 30 days written notice. As stated: the city manager will give the successful proposer thirty 30 days written notice of default. if the problem is not resolved within the thirty 30 days, the city may immediately terminate the contract.

No site visit will be conducted. As stated: the city will not conduct a site visit for this solicitation.

Questions must be submitted by November 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. As stated: requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to the deadline for submission of questions on november 20, ****: 00pm.

Failure to include the solicitation summary form may result in nonresponsiveness. As stated: if the solicitation summary form is not included, the city may deem the proposal nonresponsive.

The vendor shall submit an invoice after completion and acceptance of the services, unless otherwise approved in writing by DPNR. payment shall be based on accepted work only.
