The prospective vendor shall assume the government has no prior knowledge of its capabilities and experience and will base its evaluation on the information presented in each quote. The contractor shall provide the company's qualifications and ability to provide the requirements listed herein, with appropriate and specific documentation supporting claims of recent organizational and staff capability to support this requirement. The offeror shall be properly registered in sam. gov to include small business status.

The deadline for bid submission is April 14, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. The initial term of the agreement will be through December 31, 2028, with options to extend. Services will be performed from April 1 through November 30 of each calendar year during the term of the agreement.
