Dade County is soliciting qualifications from firms for professional parks, recreation, and outdoor facility design services. Services include concept report preparation, park planning, trail and recreation facility design, landscaping, site development, surveys, mapping, construction plans, and permit assistance. The deadline for submitting qualifications is June 8, 2026, at 3:00 p. m. An original and four copies of the qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Dade County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Gidget Knight, County Clerk, 71 Case Avenue, Suite 243, Trenton, GA. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Incomplete proposals may not be considered. The evaluation criteria include parks and recreation experience, federal/state funded project experience, design approach and methodology, scope and level of services, capacity and project management, and approach to cost management.
