The goods are to be delivered from July 01, 2026, through July 16, 2026, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a. m. and 1:00 p. m. , excluding federal holidays. The bid submission deadline is May 27, 2026, at 4:00 p. m. Eastern Standard Time.

The government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the government, with past performance and price considered equally. Past performance will be rated higher than price.

Quoters must include their unique entity identifier (UEI) number in their offers and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Failure to complete these registration procedures may result in elimination from consideration for award.

If you receive the award of any of the items listed on the request for quotation, and at the last minute you cannot provide the items due to a price increase, we will be limited on you receiving a request for quotation for next quarters requirements. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non conformance under the terms of the contract.

Failure to complete the registration procedures outlined in this solicitation, may result in elimination from consideration for award. Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered.

The period of performance for most items is July 1, 2026, to July 15, 2026. The bid notice states, All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements were agreed to by FCI La Tuna warehouse staff and or material handlers no side loaded pallets.

The bid notice states, The government will pay the contractor as follows upon the submission of commercial invoices approved by the contracting officer. Specific payment terms are detailed in section I, Payments, of the contract clauses.

Payment will be made by the code listed in block 17a. All orders over $15,**** will be placed on SF **** orders under $15,**** will be placed on a Government Purchase Card unless otherwise authorized by the Contracting Officer. All Government Purchase Card and SF **** transactions are fill or kill.

The evaluation factors are past performance and price. Past performance will be rated higher than price. The government will award to the responsible bidder's whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the government.

All potential bidders are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR **** for commercial items. Bidders should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. As of October ****, all vendors participating shall be registered in the SAM website www. ***. *. * contracting officer will verify registration in the SAM database prior to award by entering the potential awardee's DUNS number into the SAM database. As of January 1, ****, all potential bidders are required to complete the Annual Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which should be completed at http:orca. bpn. gov.
