Mowing and trimming services Right of ways shall be mowed to a height of six inches or less. Vegetation on sidewalk curb edges shall be trimmed to the concrete. Use of herbicide is acceptable provided the applicator is licensed to use the herbicide. Any use of herbicide outside of intended use may be cause for immediate termination. Signs, manholes, fire hydrants, guardrails etc. shall be trimmed around to match the mowing height. Any debris litter in the mowing area shall be removed by the contractor prior to mowing. Mowing of airport acreage should be done using a tractor with mower. Height to be determined by cutter settings. Area around lighting should be trimmed when requested.
