The City of Grass Valley is seeking proposals for landscape maintenance services across eight districts (six residential and two commercial). The scope of work includes routine maintenance, unforeseen repairs, and potential one-time improvement projects. Proposals are due October 14, 2025, 5:00 PM, at City Hall. All work crew members shall be required at a minimum to wear a high visibility safety vests. All vehicles being used shall display the service providers contact information. The service provider shall be responsible for any injuries to providers staff or damage to any city-owned property or equipment.

Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program. Three separate prime contracts are available for general, electrical, and plumbing contractors. The project involves installing decorative pedestrian light standards in the Horsham Township Business Park. Associated improvements include electrical service, meter installation, underground electrical conduit and wire, and lawn restoration. Sealed bids are being accepted for a trailer-mounted jet machine. Bid documents are available on the Macon Water Authority website, the Georgia Procurement Registry, and at the purchasing department. Bidders must review the general conditions, specifications, and any addenda. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by August 15, 2025. Bids must be clearly marked and delivered to the Macon Water Authority by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Bids will be opened at 2:30 pm on the same day. Delivery of the equipment is required within weeks after receipt of the order to the Macon Water Authority, storm water, **** fifth street, macon, georgia 31201. The Macon Water Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
