Delivery shall be provided no later than 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

The contractor shall submit payment requests in electronic form, except as provided in paragraph e of FAR 52. 232-72. Purchases paid with a governmentwide commercial purchase card are considered an electronic transaction.

Vendor shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, and be verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM’s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.

Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a contracting officer decision for the quote most favorable to the government. The following are the decision factors: Technically acceptable, Past performance, Price.

The system installation will be completed within a 30-day timeframe, which is part of the total 180-day period of performance after contract award.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Invoices must include order number, item number, description, price, quantity, date provided for inspection, and serial/part number if applicable.

System maintenance, patches, updates, and maintenance should be commercially available and maintainable by the federal government. Warranty and maintenance documents are due 10 days prior to the end of the performance period.

Offers will be evaluated based on technical capability, schedule management approach, past performance, and price reasonableness.

Offerors must be authorized resellers with an active SAM. gov profile. Performance of this contract requires current and approved security background investigations equivalent to federal employees.

Failure to submit a complete and signed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) representation form and the relevant DIAR clause may result in disqualification.
