Fire alarm control panel replacement and upgrade services Replacement and upgrade of existing fire alarm control panel ( FACP) and graphical user interface ( GUI) system serving the PIMC hospital campus. This includes removal and replacement of the FACP with a Notifier compatible system or approved equal, maintaining compatibility with existing fire alarm infrastructure and approximately 539 existing field devices in building 233. The scope also covers replacement of two existing annunciators, replacement of the existing GUI workstation with the latest OnyxWorks GUI system or approved equal, required network hardware, power supplies, batteries, software licenses, accessories, system programming, updated points lists, floorplan graphics, device mapping, testing, commissioning, system cutover, phasing, training, and closeout documentation. Existing field devices and loops will remain in place.
