The City of Farmington Hills seeks a Construction Manager At Risk (CMR) for the new activities center. The CMR will handle pre-construction, construction management, and post-construction services, including GMP development. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026. Proposals are due by October 13, 2026. Evaluation is based on the most responsive and responsible firm offering the most qualified and economical proposal, with experience and capability being overriding factors. The CMR fee is a not-to-exceed fee based on a $25,000,000 construction cost.
