Construction Services, Reclamation, Drainage Control, Excavation, Concrete Work, Pipe Installation, Fencing, Subdrains, Retaining Walls, Silt Control Lot 1: Reclamation of approximately 7. 5 acres of slide transition material to rock, installation of ditches for drainage control, excavation and transport of slide materials to waste area, grading and compaction, installation of concrete ditch work, reinforcing steel, installation of HDPE pipes and concrete headwalls, hoe ram for boulders, Class II backfill, concrete gravity walls, Class III/IV backfill, temporary debris barrier wall, chain link fence, subdrains, retaining wall subdrains, temporary pipe for drainage controls, filter fabric and geogrid, silt control items ( silt barrier, bales, fence, silt trap).

Lot 1: ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB. Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 00 for Contract Amount in the e- procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on " Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded Reclamation consists of the removal of approximately 7. 5 acres of slide/transition ( Slide A) material to rock and the installation of ditches to control drainage. Slide B is included to excavated to rock, to provide for a stable access on the Hazard 7 Level. An Earthwork Bid Item is setup to excavate and transport slide materials to the waste area, via the Hazard 7 bench and Upper Second Creek Road. Material will be placed, graded and compacted at the waste area. Reclamation work at the Slide & Transition area will include the installation of Concrete ditch work ( Concrete Form & Finished) to properly handle surface runoff. Reinforcing steel is included for proper concrete ditch construction. Installation of 15 18, 24 & 36 HDPE pipes & Concrete Headwalls are included to handle surface runoff from the site. A Hoe Ram bid item is included to break boulders and construct rock excavated ditches. Class II Backfill is included to properly backfill Wall & ditches to enhance slope stability above these features. Concrete Gravity Wall are included to ensure the Bryant Residence is not undercut by the proposed surface drainage work; Concrete Gravity Wall is included at the Gail Smith Res, to ensure long term stability of the residential area.
