The deadline for submitting company profiles is no later than 5pm on Friday, 5 June 2026.

The US Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts and payment will be made via EFT within 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and/or services and receipt of invoice, whichever is later. No deposit payments will be authorized.

Companies must have the proficiency and financial means to bid on the cleaning of residential curtains, voiles, blinds, and related hardware. Employees require background investigations and security clearances.

The occupancy is estimated to be within 90 days of issuance of notice to proceed for tenant improvements, as stated in the market survey. The expressions of interest are due by 4:30 PM Eastern, Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

Offerors must provide authorization letters if they are not the owner of the building, and brokers must show authorization from the property owner. For existing buildings, a completed lease market survey form (MS ****) is required, including building name, legal address, location of space, site plans, interior layout drawings with dimensions, and information on building systems, roof, foundation, and current floor plan. For new construction, land site aerial plans or building site lot plans are needed. Confirmation of meeting accessibility, seismic, fire protection, and NEPA requirements is also necessary.

Subleases are not acceptable. Submissions received without written authorization to represent owners will not be considered until such documentation is received. In cases where an agent represents multiple entities, written acknowledgment from each entity is required.

The response to this Sources Sought notice must be submitted no later than 20 May 2026 at 8:00 AM PT.

Responders must include: business name and address, name of company representative and their business title, business size and type of small business if applicable, CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, and a capability statement.

The purpose of this work is to obtain a representative subgrade soil sample of the existing subgrade and perform all necessary testing.

The government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to the RFI does not preclude participation in any further RFQ, if issued.
