The U. S. Embassy in Juba, South Sudan, is soliciting quotations for vehicle maintenance services. The solicitation includes a base year and four optional renewal periods. Quotations must be submitted electronically by February 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM CAT. Offerors must be registered in the SAM system. The government will award blanket purchase agreements (BPA) to multiple vendors. The evaluation will be based on the lowest price and technical acceptability, considering delivery time and warranty. The vendor must have the capacity to carry out maintenance services, repairs, and emergency field services such as towing vehicles in the event of vehicular breakdowns and supply any required vehicle parts within the required timeline. The successful vendor will work on varied makes of vehicles including but not limited to toyota land cruisers petrol and diesel engines, mercedes benz vans, isuzu, mitsubishi and hino utility trucks. The vendor shall give progress reports on vehicle repairs and maintenance on as needed basis and must maintain complete and accurate vehicle maintenance records for each vehicle serviced and provide a copy to the general services office of the motor pool at the completion of each service. The vendor shall only supply and use genuine and standard auto parts recommended by manufacturers for maintenance and repair services of all mission vehicles. The vendor shall have emergency field services such as towing services to render support in the event of vehicle breakdowns. The vendor shall use the manufacturers recommended hourly rates for all repairs. The technical committee will conduct site visit to assess vehicle maintenance workshops within juba, south sudan. The vendor must have professional reputable auto technicians personnel to perform recurring vehicle maintenance and repair services on approximately 80 mission vehicles. The vendor shall clearly state their work hours and days of operation in the week. The vendor must be able to source and usesupply only genuine spare parts for all maintenance and repairs. The vendor shall have expertise and experience working on armored and nonarmored vehicles. The vendor shall consider it a priority and treat mission vehicles with a highlevel efficiency in maintainingfixing the vehicles ensuring all mission vehicles are fully functional and readily available for use.

This is a Sources Sought notice for hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste (HTRW) services and general environmental consulting services. The government is seeking information to determine the capabilities of potential contractors. Responses must be submitted by March 12, 2026, to the provided email addresses. The submission is limited to 20 pages. The geographical boundaries include several states. The estimated value of the indefinite delivery contract (IDC) may be up to $3 million if all options are exercised. The task order will generally be between $5,000 and $100,000.
