The VA Connecticut Healthcare System is seeking quotations for the replacement of damaged awnings at the Emergency Room and Radiology entrances at the VA Medical Center West Haven campus. The contract period is 120 calendar days from award. Bidders must have a field service representative within 200 miles of the campus. A minimum warranty of one year for all parts, labor, workmanship, and equipment is required. All quotes must be emailed to ***@***. *. * by August 18, 2026, at 10:00 am EST.
The contract period of performance for this work is 120 calendar days from contract award ntp and includes contractor closeout.
Labor charges shall be billed hourly, and any unused labor totals will be credited back to the va medical center on the next billing cycle, upon receipt of the service report.
Minimum warranty of one year for all parts, labor, workmanship, and equipment shall be furnished.
The government will evaluate quotations using the comparative evaluation process outlined in far **** b 3, where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the government.
Potential bidders shall have a field service representative located within 200 miles of the west haven campus of the va connecticut healthcare system and have proper equipment, materials, and support to provide services.
All site visits shall be coordinated with the va cor or assigned poc.
