Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. The contractor shall complete the work within 365 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed.

The government shall make progress payments monthly as the work proceeds, or at more frequent intervals as determined by the contracting officer, on estimates of work accomplished which meets the standards of quality established under the contract, as approved by the contracting officer.

The entire work must be completed and ready for use no later than 60 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance.

Requests for payment may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day payment period is changed to 30 days.

The contract includes a warranty of construction clause, and any special warranties required will be subject to its stipulations.

The U. S. Government intends to award a contract purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed at 3,000 Baht for each calendar day of delay.

The site visit is mandatory and has been scheduled for July 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 33, Rajdamri Road, Pathumwan District, Bangkok ****.

After award, the vendor must submit physical examples to illustrate materials and workmanship if requested.

Request for questions and drawings regarding this work may be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Bangkok time on July 9, 2026.

Failure to be registered in SAM. gov at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered nonresponsive.

The entire work must be completed and ready for use not later than 60 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance.

The contractor shall submit both the contractor's warranty and manufacturer's guarantee for review. The warranty of construction clause is applicable.

The U. S. government intends to award a contract purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for Award Management Database at www. ***. *. * prior to submittal of their offer/proposal. Failure to be registered may deem the offeror's proposal non-responsive.

Samples may be requested to illustrate materials and workmanship and to establish standards by which completed work is judged.

Request for questions and drawings regarding this work may be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Bangkok time on July 9, 2026.

Failure to be registered in SAM. gov at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive. Failure to timely submit required security may result in rescinding or termination of the contract.

The period of performance will be extended through 14 july 2027.
