Suppliers must demonstrate experience in providing OPM services, specifically with health sciences programs like PharmD, and success in online pathway launches and enrollment growth. They must also demonstrate experience supporting national clinical or experiential placements.

If the supplier fails to perform its obligations in a timely and proper manner, the university may terminate the contract and hold the supplier liable for any excess costs incurred by contracting with other sources.
