This is a sources sought notice for the procurement and installation of overhead sunshades at Fort Hood, Texas. The U. S. Government intends to set aside this requirement for small businesses if at least two qualified small businesses respond with sufficient information. Small businesses of all socioeconomic categories are encouraged to identify their capabilities. This is a public tender for the construction of a custom awning canopy over a mobile home located at **** county rd. 138, Garrison, MN. The scope of work includes building a 15 x 70 canopyawning, providing and installing the entire roof structure, footings, posts, framing, decking, roofing materials, and all labor. Additionally, the project requires replacing two bathroom windows and frames, spray foam insulation under the mobile home, removing old skirting and installing new skirting, insulating and trimming exterior window openings, and providing venting and duct piping for the clothes dryer. Plumbing lines in the bathroom area also need replacement. Contractors are responsible for securing all permits and fees, identifying discrepancies in the scope of work, and complying with industry standards and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe 2025 MLB Project Specification Book. All electrical work must comply with department rules and accepted construction standards. A contingency allowance of $3,**** and a 0. 5% TERO tax fee must be included in the base bid. Permits are to be obtained only from the MLBO contracted building official. Bonding requirements are in accordance with Mille Lacs Band Title 7, with a performance bond required for contracts exceeding $100,**** for band-funded residential projects. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with Davis Bacon wage requirements and Mille Lacs Band American Indian Employment requirements.
