The potential service providers accounting department or accounting subcontractor will submit a monthly financial spending report on applicable expenditures along with a billing statement to the city on the first day of every month for the duration of the contract. The financial reports should include itemized lines of expenses that include all services provided and staff costs. All payments to the service providers will be reimbursed after all deliverables have been received.
The city will consider the following factors in the evaluation process and will render a decision based on the perceived best fit and best value for the engagement.
The potential service provider must be a qualified private or public nonprofit organization currently engaged in providing homeless services and case management. They must have a minimum of three consecutive years of successfully managing and operating homeless programs and delivering relevant services of a similar type of service that will be described in the scope of work in this rfp.
The potential service provider shall include the following samples with their proposal submission: frequently asked questions faq, good neighbor policy, and management operation plan.
