Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before the delivery dates listed in the schedule. All freight is FOB origin.

Payment instructions are provided via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation. Proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer.

Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late.

Price reductions made pursuant to this section shall not limit other remedies available to the government for failure to meet required RTATs, including but not limited to the government's right to terminate for default.

Delivery days are after receipt of order (ARO).

Invoice and receiving report TBD. Any order resulting from this request for quotation will require electronic submittal of invoice and receiving report combo through PIEE WAWF.

If you are not the manufacturer of the material you are offering, you must state who the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is, commercial and government entity code (CAGE code), and the part number you are offering.

Award evaluations will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable LPTA criteria per clause wsstermmz04 evaluation for award lowest priced technically acceptable.

The project will have an estimated period of performance of 330 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

Respondents must include company contractor name, address, point of contact, phone number and e mail address, company's interest in bidding, company's capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity including comparable work performed within the past 10 years (at least 3 examples), identification of small business classification, and bonding capacity.

The estimated magnitude of construction is between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000.

The warranty must be a minimum of wo 2 year manufacturers warranty.
