Prosthesis Government Bids & RFPs

The bid is for providing cranial prostheses and related services for the Washington, D. C. VA Medical Center. The solicitation is for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The deadline for questions was March 4th, 2026, and the deadline for responses is March 20th, 2026. The government will evaluate offers based on licensure, professional qualifications, facilities, cranial prosthesis capabilities, oral presentation, and past performance. The contract period is from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, with four 1-year option periods. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The contractor must provide a cranial prosthesis within 30 calendar days to the patient from initial contact. The contractor warrants the cranial prosthesis provided against defective material andor workmanship for a minimum of 90 calendar days from the date of acceptance. The government may elect to award a single delivery order contract or task order contract or to award multiple delivery order contracts or task order contracts for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources under this solicitation. The government will disclose the following information, if applicable: the agencys evaluation of the significant weak or deficient factors in the debriefed offerorsoffer, the overall evaluated cost or price and technical rating of the successful offeror and the debriefed offeror and past performance information on the debriefed offeror, the overall ranking of all offerors when any ranking was developed by the agency during source selection, a summary of the rationale for award, for acquisitions of commercial products, the make and model of the product to be delivered by the successful offeror, and reasonable responses to relevant questions posed by the debriefed offeror as to whether the agency followed sourceselection procedures set forth in the solicitation, applicable regulations, and other applicable authorities. The government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest, accept other than the lowest offer, and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The contractor shall deliver the cranial prosthesis within 30 calendar days to the patient from initial contact. The contractor warrants the cranial prosthesis provided against defective material andor workmanship for a minimum of 90 calendar days from the date of acceptance. If the contractor or any of its agents fails to protect va sensitive personal information or otherwise engages in conduct which results in a data breach, the contractor shall, in place of actual damages, pay to the government liquidated damages of **** per affected individual.
