The Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District (GCCISD) is accepting proposals for grounds equipment, supplies, and repairs. The deadline for responses is October 31, 2025. The experience, skill, ability, business judgment, financial capacity, integrity, honesty, possession of the necessary facilities and equipment, bonding, previous experience, reputation, promptness, and the estimated completion or delivery time of all vendors shall be taken into consideration in the awarding of the contract. The requirement supports the DHS CISA CSD CB Cyber Training branch, including the Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) program. The training includes synchronous and asynchronous training, a CVLE lab, and various cybersecurity training topics. The government intends to issue the task order to ensure continued operations of the current cloud virtual learning environment CVLE while potentially transitioning to a new accredited and authorized cyber range.
