The Goose Creek Consolidated Independent
School District (GCCISD) is accepting proposals for grounds equipment, supplies, and
repairs. The deadline for responses is October 31, 2025. Vendors must submit responses through the district's online bidding portal. The proposal may be awarded to multiple vendors. The following will be used for scoring criteria: purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of the vendors goods and/or services, extent to which the goods and/or services meet the districts needs, vendors past relationship with the district, impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws relating to hubs, total longterm cost to the district to acquire the vendors goods and/or services, whether the vendors ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in tx or employees at least 500 people in tx, any other relevant factors specifically listed in the proposal. All items shall be new, in first class condition and manufacturers latest model and design, including container suitable for shipment and storage, unless otherwise indicated in response. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, or any part thereof, and to waive minor technicalities and formalities. The experience, skill, ability, business judgment, financial capacity, integrity, honesty, possession of the necessary facilities and equipment, bonding, previous experience, reputation, promptness, and the estimated completion or delivery time of all vendors shall be taken into consideration in the awarding of the contract. This agreement is designed to secure pricing for a one 1 year contract from the date of award with an option to renew for four 4 additional years with mutual consent.
