The City of Denton is requesting submissions for the construction of a sidewalk, storm improvements, and a pedestrian bridge. A preproposal meeting and site walkthrough will be conducted on December 2, 2025. Responses must be submitted in a sealed submission. The city will open all submissions and evaluate each respondent in accordance to the selection criteria. The city will immediately proceed to negotiate best and final pricing, terms and conditions with the highest ranked firm.
