Residential renovation services The contract is for residential make- ready/renovation services. It includes various tasks such as painting ( interior and exterior walls, ceilings, textured surfaces, grills/railings), masonry services ( repairing damaged plaster/stucco/drywall, repairing textured surfaces, installing tiles, applying waterproofing, applying concrete bonding liquid, installing floor screed, installing tile trim profiles, installing 45- degree cut tile edges, installing self- leveling concrete floor finish, applying interior/exterior plaster/stucco, exterior facade insulation), excavation works, installation of paving using stone tiles, removal/dismantling of damaged paving stones, exterior wall plastering, temporary removal and reinstallation of security grills, removing and installing exterior decorative stone wall cover, carpentry services ( sanding/varnishing interior and exterior woodwork, sanding/varnishing floors, removing/installing hardwood and laminate floors).

Payment shall be made in local currency at the exchange rate in effect the day an invoice is processed for payment by the post financial management officer, within 30 days after receipt and acceptance of works. Payment shall be done based on the vendors actual original invoice within 30 days after the receipt and acceptance of works by the government.
If issues occur during the year following the works due to the contractor's mistake, negligence, lack of attention, or poor quality of work, the contractor shall correct them at their own expense.
