The government will pay the rate which is deemed most advantageous to the government throughout the lifetime of the contract regardless of occupancy status, number of occupants, or differences in room types i. e. : number of rooms, size, etc. ensuring the minimum requirements are adhered to as outlined in this performance work statement pws. All charges should be considered by the vendor and provided for in the room rates proposed charges are not to be made to the employee unless they are personal charges opted for by the employee.

Pre award, an independent property inspection will be conducted by pnsys technical team to address if a property is pre approved to be utilized to source rooms from for this requirement. Post award, a unit inspection will be conducted by the cor for acceptance of the unit.
