The contractor must provide and install a complete, modern fuel dispensing and fuel management system for diesel and gasoline. The contract is a firm fixed-price contract. The contractor must warrant imported equipment for 24 months (internal components/electronics) and on-site labor for 12 months. The installation must be completed within 30 days after receiving equipment. A site visit is scheduled for August 13th, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 3rd, 2026, at 03:30 p. m. local time.
The contractor shall complete the installation within 30 days after receiving the equipment.
For imported equipment, the contractor shall provide a warranty of twentyfour 24 months for internal components and electronic parts of the dispenser and card readers, software, from the date of final acceptance.
The U. S. government intends to award a contract purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
The awarded contractor must provide qualified personnel experienced in fuel dispensing systems, fuel management systems, industrial controls, software integration, and electrical installations.
The site visit will be held on august 13th, 2026, at 10: 00a. m. at u. s. embassy panama city, 783 building, demetrio b. lakas avenue, clayton, panama city, republic of panama.
Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offerors proposal to be considered non responsible and no further consideration will be given.
