Proposals will be evaluated based on clarity, agency background and organizational capacity, workplan design and approach, staffing, and project references and past project examples. The most advantageous proposal will be determined considering price and all evaluation criteria.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data collection via focus groups and interviews, experience conducting qualitative research in Boston, experience working with community groups, experience conducting interviews or focus groups in languages other than English, and experience collecting health information with highly sensitive topics.
