Contractor personnel must meet security requirements. all contractor personnel working on the federallycontrolled facility to have, at a minimum, an initiated national agency check with written inquiries naci or naciequivalent and favorable completion of a federal bureau of investigation fbi fingerprint check.

Sampling is required. the samples identified in the solicitation attachment entitled minimum requirements for storage sampling and testing are a required part of the services to be provided.

Work shall be completed no later than 30 days after award. The target move-in date of 2 November 2026 is outdated and should be disregarded. the government is instead requesting completion as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after award.
