Contractors must provide active CLIA certifications for each lab location and subcontractor letters of commitment. The contractor must be considered small under the size standard for NAICS code ****.

Failure to submit the contractor's CLIA certificate of accreditation or subcontractor letters of commitment may affect the government's determination regarding set-aside procurement.

The ordering period is extended from September 12, 2026, to September 12, 2028. this modification will extend the ordering period as denoted in idiq contract clause far ****, ordering aug 2020, to be extended september 12, 2026, to september 12, 2028.

It is anticipated that NIH approved samples will be submitted from a variety of sources. it is anticipated that nih approved samples will be submitted from a variety of sources including nih funded research programs, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, or other sources.

The period of performance is 1 year from the date of award.

Payment is contingent upon meeting performance outcomes. Invoices shall reflect only accepted deliveries and be submitted via IPP, including supporting documentation.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price that is determined to be technically acceptable.

Offerors must demonstrate the ability to procure and supply genuine Abbott i-STAT products through authorized channels, maintain uninterrupted supply, meet cold chain and delivery requirements, and provide compliant and usable products.

Failure to meet performance standards will result in mandatory replacement of noncompliant items, rejection of shipments, performance documentation impacting CPARS, increased surveillance, and potential termination for cause.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation demonstrating the ability to obtain and supply authentic Abbott i-STAT products may result in the quotation being determined technically unacceptable.

The total cost of the contract, including option years, is $32,****.

The period of performance includes a base year from 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2027 and four option years, each running for a full calendar year through 12/31/2031.

The government will award a sole source contract if no valid capability statements are received.

Interested parties must submit a capability statement demonstrating legal authority to sell Roche brand name chemistry equipment and proprietary reagents, authorization under VA FSS contract V797P ****, certification for manufacturer-authorized maintenance and technical support, and proven compatibility with existing Roche configured RPMS chemistry workflows.

Capability statements proposing alternative analyzers, third party reagents, substitute chemistry systems, or non-Roche platforms will not be considered.
