This is a presolicitation notice for Architectural and Engineering (AE) services to relocate a cardiac cath lab from the second floor to the fourth floor of Building 1 at the Marion VA Medical Center. The procurement is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms and is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36. Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. This is a request for SF 330 submissions, not a request for proposal. The anticipated award date is no later than September 30, 2026. The estimated magnitude of the construction project being designed is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The estimated time for completion of design is approximately 365 calendar days. The AE firm may also be required to perform construction services.
