Partial quotes will be accepted. All questions must be submitted by May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Award will be made to the vendor offering the lowest price that is complete, responsive, and responsible. The contract term is July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with potential for two one-year extensions. Vendors must possess applicable licenses and comply with all regulations. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be provided for chemical products. Pricing must be firm, and vendors must indicate the duration for which pricing will remain firm. Insurance requirements include general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. A list of school addresses for delivery is provided in the attachments.
The response deadline for quotes is May 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM MT. Quotes should be submitted prior to the close date and time of May 2, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM local time via the IonWave platform. The contract term is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Vendors must possess all licenses required for the sale, distribution, and handling of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other regulated chemicals, as applicable. All products must comply with applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Vendors must provide current safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemical products upon request and/or at time of delivery. All items must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Brand names are provided to establish a standard of quality; or approved equal products may be accepted at the district's discretion.
All questions should be submitted no later than May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions received after this deadline may not be considered.
Annual expenditures are anticipated to be approximately $25,000.
