The County of Dutchess DPW seeks vendors to provide HVAC and refrigeration parts and supplies at an established percentage discount from list price. Bids must be submitted by September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. Sealed bids will be received at the Division of Central Services. The contract term is one year, extendable up to five years. Vendors must be located within a reasonable proximity to Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, or Rhinebeck, NY. Payment is processed upon submission of a satisfactory written invoice, and ACH payment is encouraged.
For stocking items, vendors must deliver within twenty-four hours of order placement. The awarded vendors shall deliver all stocking items items routinely carried in the vendors inventory under the terms of these contractpurchase order specifications withintwentyfour 24 hours of order placement.

Vendors will assist in the replacement process for all specified guarantees and warranties, including comprehensive repair or replacement of all parts or equipment that may be defective or inoperable during the warranty period, at no cost. all warranty services, including equipmenttransport, shall be furnished in a prompt, safe, and efficient manner, and shall be furnished at nocost whatsoever to the county of dutchess.
