The delivery of the hardware requested is expected no later than 60 business days after the contract award, and installation services must be completed within 30 business days after hardware is delivered and accepted.
Payments to the contractor shall be made following satisfactory inspection and acceptance of products by the office of INL in Mexico. Partial invoicing is accepted for delivered hardware, and a new invoice can be submitted for installation services after successful completion and end-user confirmation.
The equipment offered must be covered by a 12-month, in-country, supported warranty on all hardware and software components, beginning after complete acceptance of the solution by INL Mexico. The contractor must deliver the warranty policy, installation manuals, and tech support contact information the same day as the equipment.
Respondents are requested to provide their company name, Unique Entity ID (UEI), CAGE code, point of contact information, and a brief overview of their company, including their business type (e. g. , small business, 8(a) certified, etc. ). They should also address their experience with importing equipment into Mexico, customs regulations, local warranty support, technical support in Spanish, and installation services.
If the contractor fails to meet the performance standard, the U. S. government reserves the right to take action, including deducting from any invoice.
