The government requires a highly credentialed workforce. Key personnel requirements include, but are not limited to: Chief Engineer, Lead Engineers (must possess active PE or RA licenses), Senior Project Managers (must possess PMP certifications or equivalent degrees, with 7 years of experience), and Lead Construction Inspectors (must possess USACE CQM certification and applicable ICC commercial inspector certifications).

Strict adherence to data integrity is paramount. The contractor will be required to manage project data accurately and timely within designated government IT systems of record and will be evaluated against stringent quality performance indicators (QPIs) tied to schedule adherence, cost estimating accuracy, construction cost control, and data accuracy.
